Just keep offering her a variety.  Your bird is young, correct?  If you will read around the boards you will see nearly every one has the same struggle with their young birds, and occasionally older birds.
Dice up the foods fairly finely with her favorites in there also.  As she is trying to get to it she is bound to try the other stuff
I have graduated from crazy cat lady to crazy bird lady.  Mommy to Cody (grey)  Sonny (citron) Cher(U2) Chicken (Ducorp) Sunny and Maggie (quakers)  4 kids, and an entire menagerie of other critters.

have you tried cooking and mashing the vegetables? if you can buy sweet potatoes (yams) and mash those,i've never know a parrot to refuse sweet potatoes  ;D mix a few veggies in with it  :)

try work with what he will eat. give him applesauce with a few pureed berries mixed in, or a bit of orange mixed in and add moreeach time with less apple....
when you say corndo you mean sweetcorn? or dried corn? if sweetcorn mash the kernels and add a little masg potato like you did with the berries...

another thing to do is present them in a differant way. i use stainless steel birdy kabob sticks for fruit / veg and hang the kebobs in frpont of their favourite perch , they cant just throw them away out the dish if theyr up there and are usually quite well chewed at (apart from bluebell who eats every scrapevery time)

I was lucky, that our " fruit and veggie inhaling bird Kiki".... lived here. Sophie learned from Kiki. All of them, have painted the walls with fruits and veggies, they didn't like. They all love them now. Repitition!  Nancy

millan im a bit concerned about your parrot. do you give him a seed mix or parrot pellets ? is he eating it? is it just the fresh stuff he wont eat?

you havnt mentioned either that i can see and he needs one or the other , the fresh foods are to supplement one or the other of these.
