i have got a problem with shadow(my african gray) and my daughter who is 5  if any one can help please ?
he has starting bitting everytime she goes near the cage or if my daughter comes near me is there anyway i can stop this from happening  as hes already got her finger and worried it might get out of hand  please help

Keep her away from Shadow. Children sometimes frighten birds because they have such a curious nature. Just temporary of course. :) Try having her not approach him look=king full on like a predator.. Have he glance sideways (like a bird would) at him and also have her sit quietly with shadow .. Read to him - sing .. Let him observe her and let him make the first move .. NEVER give up but sometimes waiting is good :)

The bird might be jealous of your daughterif its bonded to you. It probably see's your kid as competition for your attention. You might be albe to win him over but it will take alotof time.

Get your daughter to sit by his cage while he's inside and talk to him and give him the odd treat through the bars. Dont let her try and scratch him though as your bird probably just sees her as any enemy at the moment and may hurt her.
