shivers!!!

Hi!! i hope my problem could be solved! my parrot had this feather plucking habit, but hes getting over it........the problem is that he shivers. like, in the morning, when theres a breeze or something he starts shivering. and because hes bald, i could see the shivering quite clearly. is this normal? plz help!!!

Is the shivering constant?  or for just a few seconds and then it stops??     I do see mine shiver for only seconds at a time and then they stop ( they do have their feathers).  If he is in the direct path of a draft you may consider moving the cage.  I actually inquired about temperatures and what to take into consideration and I found out that they make heating perches...Something else to consider.  Look for the post under general titled too hold...or too cold.
